ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (product drops, promotions, expos, or holidays), processing times may extend slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:
 • United States: 3–7 business days after processing
 • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
 • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
 • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
 1. Contact the shipping carrier first to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the product or shipping price.
